Chapter 3

Not only is Adam held as the prime suspect for the death of Marnie Myers and Megan Chesterfield but he's also just been given a curfew by Sheriff Brownley and his father. This is somewhat my fault but i can't pinpoint why that is. 'What could have resulted in the death of both girls who dated Adam and the not so innocent mother of one? This town has three bodies on our hands and the killer is still out there, roaming freely like he doesn't deserve to spend a lifetime behind bars.' I slam my laptop shut and trudge downstairs. I have to see Carter and Adam over at Caesars. Maybe apologize to them for the role i played in this mess even though i did nothing wrong. Chapter 2

'The body of Marnie Myers has proven that the death of Susan Myers was no accident, or robbery. It was the act of a cold-blooded serial killer who is still out there roaming the world, possibly the town so freely. Question is, why Susan? She was always so nice to everybody. But perhaps that's why they or he killed her. Because she was too nice, when you don't possess a backbone you're often taken for granted and used. Maybe Susan was used? Perhaps. Or she witnessed something she wasn't supposed to? That or she's a guilty drug lord or criminal hiding behind an alias. People like Susan don't get ripped from the world often, especially with their children. What could the Myers have known or done that resulted in their cruel death? A question yet to be answered'. Chapter 1

'Our little town Hill Crest has gone through thick and thin over the past 100 years of it's existence but none as tragic as the death of Miss Susan Myers, the friendly baker lady. She only died yesterday and the whole town has gone silent and cold.  The sun hardly shines, not that it ever did here. Hill Crest is one of those silent towns, few robberies, one suicide case, many tragic accidents but never a homicide, at least not that i know of.  The sheriff has Susan's whole family on the suspect list, only problem is, everyone in Susan's family is out of town... far out of town. The only relative she has here in Hill Crest is her daughter Marnie who hasn't been seen, a few days before Susan turned up dead. Susan's body was found in her bakery behind the cash register which was empty which leads us to believe it was all just a poorly planned robbery... for now anyway.
